Notice is given of the death of Rosellen B. Oswalt of Shorewood, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on August 16, 2023 to Kim C. Oswalt, whose address is 8175 N. Thorsen Lane, Morris, Illinois 60450, and whose attorney is John S. Gallo, Tracy, Johnson & Wilson, 2801 Black Road, Second Floor, Joliet, Illinois 60435.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before February 24, 2024 and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
