CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given to creditors of the death of Michael S. Brogan, of Homer Glen, Will County, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on September 23, 2022 to Melanie Brogan, as Independent Administrator, whose address is 14130 Sheffield Drive, Apartment 204, Homer Glen, Illinois 60491, and whose attorney of record is Wade Callahan, Arends & Callahan, 10129 S. Western Avenue, Chicago, IL 60643.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432, or with the representative, or both, on or before May 17, 2023, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by 755 ILCS 5/18-3 of the Probate Act, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
