TROY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
CONSTRUCTION & ERECTION OF STORAGE BUILDING
“Notice is hereby given that the Troy Fire Protection District will be accepting sealed bids for the construction and erection of storage building. Bid specifications/bid packets are available from R Berti Building Solutions by contacting Michael Judy at m jud [email protected].
Bids must be submitted and received by Noon on September 13, 2024. The sealed bids may be mailed to: Troy Fire Protection District, Attn: Russell Kamp, 700 Cottage Street, Shorewood, IL 60404, or dropped off in person between 9am and 3pm Mon-Fri. The District will not accept bids after the September 13 deadline. The bids shall be opened publicly and read aloud at the Troy Fire Protection District Headquarters on September 13, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
“Bidders must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and shall include in bids the costs for the current prevailing wage. As changes are made in these prevailing wages, bidders performing work on the project will be responsible for conforming to the changes and shall have the responsibility for determining when changes are made. No additional costs are to be incurred by the District as a result of changes in the prevailing wage. All recordkeeping requirements are the obligation of the bidder. Certified payrolls must be submitted pursuant to Illinois Law.”
