LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Channahon Fire Protection District is accepting bids for the replacement of the Station 1 emergency generator. Detailed specifications are available beginning October 28, 2024, at Fire Station 1 located at 24929 S. Center Street, Channahon, Illinois 60410. The bid information will also be made available on the Fire District’s website at https://www.channahonfire.com/requests-for-proposal/ effective October 28, 2024. Bids may be returned in person at Channahon Fire Station 1 at the following address, or via email to [email protected].

Sealed Bids will be accepted at the Fire Station until 12:00 PM on December 2, 2024, and no late bids will be accepted. The sealed bids will be publicly opened at the Fire Station at 1:00 PM December 2, 2024 at Fire Station 1. The Channahon Fire Protection reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any formalities or technicalities of the bid or to reject any non-responsive bid in the interest of the Channahon Fire Protection District.
