On November 24, 2015, I purchased a 2007 black Dodge Ram pickup truck, VIN #1D7HU18257S231158 from Top Notch Auto Brokers in Palatine, Illinois. I made my final and last payment on August 26, 2016; however, I never received the vehicle title. I reached out to Top Notch Auto Brokers on numerous occasions; unfortunately, I never received a return call regarding the matter. After searching public records, I discovered that Top Notch Auto Brokers in Palatine, Illinois is no longer in business.
I am seeking to receive the title for the vehicle that I purchased noted above at a hearing on June 27, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. before Judge Anderson at the Will County Courthouse to seek a clear title of my pickup truck from the Illinois Secretary of State.
