2026 FARM LEASE

Instructions to Bidders with a copy of the proposed Land Lease, a farm plat property exhibit illustrating approximate available acreage and locations, may be obtained for the above stated bid offering at the offices of the Joliet Regional Port District, Lewis University Airport, #555 Executive Terminal Building, Ron Kevish Drive, Romeoville, Illinois, 60446, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bid packages can be obtained and sealed bid submittals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. C.S.T., Thursday, March 19, 2026. A formal bid opening will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. CST in the Airport conference room

#113, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. “Total Bid per crop year 2026” will be read aloud. Award will be given on the basis of the highest total bid price package submitted by the most responsible bidder in accordance with the current established policy of the Joliet Regional Port District. The Joliet Regional Port District retains the right to waive any irregularities and reject any or all bids in accordance with the District’s policy.
