DAVID W. CRUM, defendant, that this case has been commenced in this Court against you and other defendants, asking for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
UNIT A, IN SUNSET TRAIL CONDOMINIUM AS DELINEATED ON A SURVEY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE: LOT 11 (EXCEPT THE EAST 80 FEET THEREOF) AND LOT 10 IN FLANAGAN’S SUNSET TRAIL ADDITION, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED SEPTEMBER 29, 1966, AS DOCUMENT NO. R88-59310 TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
