NOTICE IS GIVEN of the death of David A. Bergklint of Shorewood, IL. Letters Testamentary were issued on August 28, 2025, to Mark Thomas, 7228 Beechwood Circle, Watervliet, MI 49098, whose attorney of record is BUTZEL LONG, P.C., c/o Christopher J. Zdarsky, 300 Ottawa Ave., NW, Suite 620, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of Andrea Lynn Chasteen, Clerk of the12th Judicial Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, 100 W. Jefferson St., Joliet, IL 60432, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by 755 ILCS 5/18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice.

Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
