Notice is given of the death of Joan R. Cizmas, of Manhattan, Illinois, who died on March 6, 2025, and that Letters of office were issued to Denise Sexton, 25360 Abbey Lane, Manhattan, IL, 60442, as Independent Representative, whose attorney of record is Suzanne Kelliher, Esq., 2100 Clearwater Drive, Suite 350, Oak Brook, IL 60523.
Claims against the estate may be e-filed with the Will County Circuit Clerk or with the representative, or both, on or before November 26, 2025, or, if the Representative mailed or delivered of a notice directly to a claimant as required by section 5/18 -3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not e-filed on or before that date is banned. Copies of a claim e-filed with the clerk must be mailed or de livered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been e-filed.
