CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given to creditors of the death of PHYLLIS TERLEP. Letters of office were issued on December 26, 2024 to TONY LEONE, whose address is 31853 127th Dr., Peoria, AZ 85383 as Independent Executor and whose attorney of record is Bruce L. Zumstein, 54 N. Ottawa St., Suite 360, Joliet, IL 60432.
The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4), any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Room 100, Will County Court House, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet. Illinois, or with the representative. or both, on or before July 15, 2025, or three months from the date of mailing or delivery of this notice if mailing or delivery of notice from the representative is required by section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, whichever is later. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
Bruce L. Zumstein, 54 N. Ottawa St.. Suite 360, Joliet, IL 60432 has been appointed as resident agent for service of process, notice or demand required or permitted to be served upon the representative pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 1-11 of the Probate Act of 1975.
