Bountiful Harvest of Crafts Fair
The Bountiful Harvest of Crafts fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, at Faith Lutheran Church, 353 N. Midland Ave. Admission is free. There also will be a bake sale of homemade goods.
For those who wish to exhibit their personally handcrafted items:
Entry Fee:
• $30 for a 10’x6′ space with 2 chairs per space.
• $5 rental fee for table (all tables are 8 foot long)
Non-refundable fee. First come – first serve basis.
All items MUST be handcrafted by the participant.
Each exhibitor is responsible for her/his own display at all times.
Set Up Date/Time:
• Friday: Nov. 3 from 6 – 8:30 pm
• Saturday: Nov. 4 from 7:30 – 9 am
Each exhibitor is asked to donate one item ($10 value) to the raffle. In return, you will receive 3 complimentary raffle tickets.
ENTRY FEE PAYMENT:
To be guaranteed a space, please pay electronically by texting “FAITHJOLIET CraftFair2023” to 73256 and follow the link. When prompted, please choose “Craft Fair 2023” from the drop down menu and enter the amount of $30 (without table rental) or $35 (with table rental) to complete your transaction. Once your fee is received, someone from Faith will be in touch.
You may also pick up an application at the church during normal hours (9 am to 1 pm M-F). Cash or Check only.
