Myron and Helen Quackenbush get set to take a spin in the automobile he built, the first one in Crete, in 1903. Myron was a blacksmith and machinist. He made, repaired and supplied all sorts of farm equipment and parts to the local farmers and businesses in Crete. Thanks to the Crete Area Historical Society for sharing this cool picture.
