The Nominating Committee met on November 5th, 2025, and nominated the candidates listed below. If no names were submitted prior to deadline, they will be the nominees that appear on the ballots mailed to all voting members on December 29th. Four Will County Farm Bureau Board of Directors seats are open for election in a nominating process this year.

The 14-day window to nominate candidates has closed; listed below are the final nominated candidates. Ballots will be mailed out at all voting members of the Will County Farm Bureau on December 29th, 2025. Each voting member will be eligible to vote for the nominee from their District along with the At- Large nominee. The deadline for elections will be January 9th, 2026. All ballots must be returned or postmarked by that date or will be invalid. Ballots will be counted by the Nominating Committee on January 13th, 2026.

The Districts and Incumbent Directors are as follows:

District 1: DuPage, Frankfort, Homer, Joliet, Lockport, New Lenox, Plainfield, Troy and Wheatland

Incumbent: John Andermann, Plainfield, eligible for a Second Term

District 2: Channahon, Custer, Florence, Jackson, Reed, Wesley, Wilmington, Wilton

Nominee: Ryan Nugent, Wilton, running for First Term

District 3: Crete, Green Garden, Manhattan, Monee, Peotone, Washington, Will

Nominee: Mary Ann Gearhart-Deutsche, Crete, running for First Term

At-Large: All townships are eligible to serve At-Large

Incumbent: Dave Kestel, Manhattan, eligible for a Second Term
