Winners in the Class A (30-45 lbs) pedal pull at the Family Fun Night on July 10 were: Waylan Bowsman, Manhattan, first place, with a pull of 37.5 feet; Hazel Chamberlin, New Lenox, second place with a pull of 20 feet; and Clyde Braudau, Peotone, third place with a pull of 18 feet.

Winners in the Class B (46-60 lbs) pedal pull were: Charlotte Tewes, Manhattan, first place, with a pull of 80 feet; Cam McFarland of Joliet, second place, with a pull of 16.5 feet; and Ava Blessem of Joliet, third place, with a pull of 9.5 feet.

Winners in the Class C (61-80 lbs) pedal pull were: Ben Simanis, New Lenox, first place, with a full pull of 80 feet and second pull of 56 feet; Jack Sinka of Peotone, second place, with a full pull of 80 feet and second pull of 31 feet; and Claire Tewes of Manhattan, third place, with a full pull of 80 feet and second pull of 30 feet.

Cookers from the Will County Farm Bureau Board made sure attendees had plenty of delicious pork chops for dinner.

The crowd was treated not only to a satisfying dinner, but to musical entertainment.

Throughout the evening, there were plenty of games for the kids to play.
