Lockport Township Man Arrested on Child Pornography Charges
Following an extensive investigation, 31-year-old Piotr Fudala, of the 200 block of Cameron Avenue in Lockport Township, has been charged with four felony counts related to the possession of child pornography.
The Will County Sheriff’s Office was alerted to the case by the Lockport Police Department after they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). As a result of this tip, detectives launched a thorough investigation.
On May 15, 2025, Will County Sheriff’s detectives executed a search warrant at Fudala’s residence, where they recovered forensic evidence related to child pornography.
On June 17th, 2025, an arrest warrant was obtained. During questioning by Detectives, Fudala made incriminating statements and was then transported and booked into the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
Fudala has been charged with the following offenses:

Two counts of Possession of Child Pornography (Class 2 Felony)

One count of Possession of Child Pornography/Photograph/Victim Under 13 (Class 2 Felony)

One count of Possession of Child Pornography/Film (Class 3 Felony)
