Farmers Weekly Review

On April 19, 2025, at 10:26 a.m., Officers responded along with the Joliet Fire Department to the parking lot of the Jewel (1401 West Jefferson Street) for a report of an unresponsive male.

Upon arrival, an unresponsive 35-year-old male was discovered in a vehicle in the parking lot. The Will County Coroner’s Office was called to the scene and the male was pronounced deceased.

Officers and Detectives completed a canvass of the area. There were no signs of foul play detected at the scene.

Identification of the victim and manner of death will be determined by the Will County Coroner’s Office.

This case remains under investigation.
