Will So-Cook SWCD Announces Scholarship Winners
Will So-Cook Soil and Water Conservation District is pleased to announce the three winners of our conservation scholarship awards.
The winner of the Richard “Dick” McHugh Memorial Scholarship is Mr. Ben Deutsche. Ben is a senior attending Crete-Monee High School. The winner of the Allan May Memorial Scholarship is Ms. Olivia Bulow. Olivia is a senior attending Lincoln-Way West High School. The winner of the Virginia Sass Honorary Scholarship is Addison Jensen. Addison is a senior attending Lincoln-Way Central High School.
We are very excited to help these winners further their education in environmental science, horticulture, wildlife, soil, water and other natural resources. Each winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship and will be honored at our Annual Recognition Dinner being held on Aug. 1, 2024, at the Will-South Cook Soil & Water Conservation District office.
