Road conditions throughout the county remain hazardous. No road closures at this time however several vehicles have slid off the roadways into ditches. Sheriff’s deputies are responding to the most serious of their service calls. Major towing companies have reported that their truck fleets are at full capacity in attempts to respond to motorists.

The Sheriff’s Office has been asked to advise drivers who find themselves stuck in a ditch or other snow related situations, to please call a private towing company for assistance.

Deputies are making every attempt to assist non-emergency drivers however extended wait times should be expected.
