4H Foundation Pedal Pull

Class A: The first pedal pull heat was exciting, and when the smoke cleared, the top 3 pulls were, from left, Second Place, with a pull of 47 foot 8 inches, was Charlie Focia of Manhattan; Third Place went to Harriet Chamberlin of New Lenox with a pull of 13 foot 2 inches; and First Place went to Blake Olha of Manteno with a pull of 49 foot even.

Class B: The second heat of the 4H Foundation fundraising event had several full pulls. The final results are, from left, Second Place, with a full pull in round 1 and a second pull of 47 foot 3 inches, was Josephine Ellis of New Lenox; Third Place went to Maggie Nugent of Manteno with a pull of 60 foot 8 inches; and First Place went to Caleb Floyd of Wilmington with a full pull in round 1 and a second pull at 48 foot 2 inches.

Class C: The final results were, from left, Third Place, with a pull of 49 foot, was Ben Simanis of New Lenox; First Place went to Benjamin Floyd of Wilmington with a full pull of 80 foot; and Second Place went to Frankie Ellis of New Lenox with a pull of 53 foot 3 inches.
