In-person Certified Grower Training Set for Feb. 27
One in-person anhydrous ammonia training session will be offered Feb. 27 to meet the state requirement for Illinois growers and grower farm operators. The free session will start at 1 p.m. in the Asmark Agricenter, 14171 Carole Drive, Bloomington.
This will be the only in-person session before the spring anhydrous application season. Walk-in attendance only. No pre-registration is required. For more information, visit ilfb.org/NH3.
Under state law, Illinois growers and grower farm operators who transport or apply anhydrous ammonia, or otherwise maintain anhydrous ammonia equipment, must complete online or in-person certified grower training.
