The Will County Board on December 15th passed a proclamation titled "Allies for Agriculture" supporting the local farming community. Board Member Julie Berkowicz, R-Naperville, right, read the proclamation before the new county board members and County Executive Jennifer Bertino Tarrant, left. Mark thanked the County for their support of the farming community and thanked the County staff that Will County Farm Bureau works with on a regular basis on so many issues. He also commented that the board will receive emails from the Farm Bureau, and we are looking to develop new relationships and will be offering farm adventures to allow them to learn more about local production agriculture.
