CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given of the death of JULIE A.VOLPERT-AUGELLO. Letters of Office were issued on FEBRUARY 21, 2024 to JUSTIN QUATRANO, whose address is 1703 Cumberland, Plainfield, IL 60586 as Independent Administrator, whose attorneys are LAW OFFICES OF VINCE G. PORTLOCK, 323 Springfield Avenue, Joliet, IL 60435.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of this Court at Will County Courthouse, Room 212, 14 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, 60432 or with the representative, or both, on or before September 14, 2024, which is greater than 6 months from the first date that this notice is published, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act as Amended, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed within that period is barred.
Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorneys within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
