Joliet Symphony Performs ‘Pictures’ at USF
The Joliet Symphony Orchestra will perform “Pictures” on Saturday, Nov. 23, at 7 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 24, at 4 p.m.
The concerts will take place in the Sexton Auditorium (Moser Performing Arts Center) on the main campus of University of St. Francis (USF), 500 Wilcox St., Joliet.
This concert will feature the music of Jean Sibelius, Sir Edward Elgar, Maurice Ravel, Alexander Borodin and Modest Mussorgsky.
Those attending 45 minutes before performances can learn more about the music during the “Noteworthy” pre-concert chats with Artistic Director & Conductor Sean Paul Mills and guests.
Ticket prices are: Adult, $10; Seniors, Alumni & Non-USF Students, $5; USF Student & Staff (with ID), Free; and Music Educators (with ID), Free.
