Providence Catholic Hosting Special Needs BB Clinic
Providence Catholic Girls Basketball is proud to host a Super Celtics Special Needs Co-ed Camp on January 5 and 6, 2023.
The camp will run in two sessions for both boys and girls. Ages 5-10 can register for camp that runs from 10-11 a.m., and ages 11-15 can register for camp that runs 11 a.m. to noon.
Each camper will be paired with a 2 on 1 group or with a 1 on 1 high school player as their buddy for the duration of the camp.
As a supervisor of the camp, Jenna Maziur was a special education teacher for 7 years along with having a son who has nonverbal Autism. Parents are encouraged to stay for the camp. The drills and games will be modified to best fit the needs of the campers. If you would like to send additional information about your camper to Jenna Maziur or Eileen Copenhaver, that would be beneficial. Camp is $25 (due on the first day of camp), and includes T-shirt.
